Natural Healthy Mom LLC (“Natural Healthy Mom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website naturalhealthymom.com and provides holistic wellness coaching, HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) testing services, and related educational content (collectively, the “Service”).

Book a call or appointment (via Systeme.io)
Enroll in a program or become a client (via Healthie, our client portal)

Make a purchase (via Stripe)
Communicate with us directly by email or through our booking and client platforms

This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, payment information (processed securely by Stripe, described below), and any details you choose to share about your health, symptoms, or goals when completing an intake form or working with us as a client.

1.2 Health and Wellness Information

As part of our HTMA testing and coaching services, you may share information about your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals through your Healthie client portal, intake forms, and coaching sessions. We also work with Trace Elements, Inc., an independent hair tissue mineral analysis laboratory, to process the hair samples you submit as part of your HTMA kit. Trace Elements receives only the information necessary to process your sample and generate your results.

Natural Healthy Mom LLC is a nutritional therapy and wellness coaching practice, not a licensed medical provider, and we do not bill insurance or operate as a covered entity under HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). We nonetheless treat any health-related information you share with the same level of care and confidentiality you’d expect from a trusted health practitioner, and we do not sell or share it for marketing purposes.

We do not collect health information through our public website. Health-related information is only collected after you become a client, through your Healthie portal or intake forms.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on those pages, and referring website.

We use the following tools to collect and analyze this information:

Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our website
Meta Pixel, to understand website activity and, where applicable, measure the performance of advertising on Facebook and Instagram

Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe receives your payment details directly; we do not store your full card information on our own systems
Trace Elements, Inc. — the laboratory that analyzes HTMA hair samples and provides results
Google Analytics and Meta — for website analytics and, where applicable, advertising

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Client health-related information within Healthie is retained in accordance with our standard recordkeeping practices and is not shared beyond what’s described in this policy.

Our Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
