These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of naturalhealthymom.com and any services, programs, digital products, or content offered by Natural Healthy Mom LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing a service, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and Affiliate Disclosure, all available at naturalhealthymom.com.
1. Who We Are
Natural Healthy Mom LLC is a Wisconsin-based, faith-informed holistic wellness practice offering Nutritional Therapy and HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) coaching services, educational content, and digital products for moms seeking root-cause support for exhaustion and overwhelm.
2. Eligibility
Our Service is intended for adults age 18 and older. By using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Our Services
We offer a range of services, including but not limited to:
- Your Body’s Story: HTMA Test & Full Review, including intake, at-home hair testing kit, results analysis, and a personalized plan
- The Revive Mom Method and related 1:1 coaching programs
- Digital products, guides, and courses (including The Revived Mom Roadmap and related micro-offers)
- Educational content delivered through our website, email list, and social channels
As described in our Disclaimer, these services are educational and wellness-focused, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
4. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice, though changes will not affect any purchase you’ve already completed. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a service or product, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the applicable amount, including any payment plan installments you’ve selected.
If you choose a payment plan, you are agreeing to the full total price of the program, divided into installments. Payment plans are not tied to attendance or participation. If you stop participating in a program before completing your payment plan, you remain responsible for the full remaining balance.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1 Digital Products
All digital products, including guides, PDFs, and self-paced courses, are non-refundable once purchased, due to the instant, non-returnable nature of digital delivery.
5.2 Your Body’s Story: HTMA Test & Full Review
This offer is non-refundable once your at-home hair testing kit has been shipped, due to the fixed cost of lab processing through our third-party laboratory. If you cancel before your kit has shipped, you may request a refund by contacting us.
5.3 1:1 Coaching
You may cancel your ongoing coaching relationship at any time by providing 7 days’ written notice to us. Sessions, reviews, or plan work already delivered as of your cancellation date are non-refundable. If you are on a payment plan, the terms in Section 4 above still apply: you remain responsible for the full remaining balance regardless of cancellation.
5.4 General
Refund requests, where applicable under the policies above, can be made by contacting us using the information in Section 11. We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for circumstances not clearly addressed above.
6. Scheduling
Coaching calls and reviews are scheduled through our booking platform. We ask that you provide a 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule, so we can offer that time to another client. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to reschedule within your program timeline.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our programs, including but not limited to written content, course materials, the Revived Mom Roadmap, HTMA reports, templates, graphics, videos, and our brand name and logo, is the property of Natural Healthy Mom LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, teach, or repurpose our content, courses, or materials, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. Your purchase of a program or digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use that content for your own personal benefit. It does not grant you the right to share, republish, or use it commercially.
Your own personal health information, and any content you create or submit through intake forms, remains yours. By working with us, you grant us permission to use anonymized, non-identifying insights from client experiences for educational or marketing purposes, but we will never share identifiable client information or testimonials without your specific permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Service, website, and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. As outlined in our Disclaimer, we do not guarantee specific results, and our services are not a substitute for medical care. Please review our full Disclaimer for more detail.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natural Healthy Mom LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, programs, or digital products. Our total liability for any claim related to our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
