Does it feel like you're giving everything you have... and somehow still coming up short?

I’ve been there. And I want to tell you something I wish someone had told me sooner… You’re not alone.

So many moms are fading. Quietly running on empty while life keeps moving at full speed. The weight of trying to get it all done, of showing up for everyone else… it’s exhausting. But it doesn’t have to stay this way. You were made for more than just surviving.

Hi I’m Christy,

That was me too. Trying to get it all right.

When I first decided to take my health seriously, I meant well. I wanted to feel better. I wanted to keep my family healthy. I wanted to do everything right.

But somewhere along the way, health became something I tried to master.

I researched. I tried to control everything. I obsessed over every bite, every product, every outcome.

And instead of feeling better… I felt worse.

More anxious. More exhausted. More overwhelmed.

What I didn’t see at the time was that wellness had slowly become an idol. I was operating out of my own strength. I was carrying a weight that was never mine to carry.

Until God showed me what I couldn’t see on my own. I was never meant to do this alone. And so I loosened my grip. I brought it to God. I chose to trust Him… He comforts. He provides. He heals. I had never stopped believing that. But I had stopped living from it. And there’s a difference.

Part of that looked like learning to identify and reframe the thoughts that were keeping me stuck. The fear. The pressure. The constant feeling that I wasn’t doing enough. It was in this season that Romans 12:2 moved from a familiar verse to something I began to live out practically.

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

And as I began to understand how deeply our thoughts affect our healing, our nervous system, our body’s ability to rest and repair… things slowly started to shift. I came to realize that renewing your mind isn’t a one-time fix… it’s a practice. It’s noticing the thoughts that don’t line up with truth, and choosing, again and again, to think differently. It’s not something I’ve mastered. It’s something I still practice.

And as my mind began to shift, so did my body. My nervous system settled. My anxiety melted away. My body began to heal in ways I had been striving toward for years.

Fifteen years medication-free, and I can tell you with confidence, the turning point wasn’t the perfect protocol, the right supplement, or the cleanest diet.

It was surrender. And a mind being slowly renewed.

Now I'm a Nutritional Therapy and HTMA Practitioner

And I walk with moms who are where I once was. Exhausted. Overwhelmed. And living in survival mode.

But what I do isn’t just about nutrients and protocols. It’s about helping a mom understand the root cause of why she feels the way she does… and guiding her toward intentional, sustainable changes that help her feel alive again. From a place of grace, not pressure.

I use Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, which gives us a window beneath the surface. It shows us how your body has been handling stress, where depletion has set in, and what your body actually needs to rest, repair, and restore.

But data alone doesn’t heal. The tools only work when she stops trying to heal in her own strength.

So we work on both. The physical and the practical… understanding what your body needs and taking intentional steps to support it. And the mindset and the spiritual… releasing the striving, renewing the mind, and trusting God in your health journey.

Not a rigid protocol. Not another thing to perfect. A way back to peace. Energy. And who God created you to be.

If you’re tired of doing it all on your own… If you’re ready to stop striving and start healing from a place of peace… You’re in the right place.

I’d love to learn more about where you are and what you’re carrying. No pressure. Just a simple conversation to see if working together is a good fit.

Ready to take the next step?
